The issuance of reference letters presents an increasingly significant challenge for companies and their HR departments. References must be truthful but should not unjustifiably hinder the individual’s professional advancement in the job market. Clear responsibilities and regulated, transparent processes
The scdsoft Reference Letter Creator supports the entire certificate creation process: from the application by the employee (ESS), through the evaluation by the manager (MSS), to the final correction of the certificate document by the HR department. All parties involved are guided through the process, and the access authorization allows insight into the current status of the certificate at any time. The document is finalized with MS Word and automatically produced with the stored corporate design. The inclusion of e-signatures is also possible.
High user acceptance due to a clear user interface
Our add-on solution stands out for its clarity and intuitive user interface for all users. It can be accessed both traditionally through a Web Dynpro for ABAP interface (in the NetWeaver Business Client) and via mobile devices through SAP Fiori. Additionally, the application can be integrated with SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central. Over 40 companies of various sizes already rely on our solution, generating employment references for more than 950,000 employees using the Reference Letter Creator.
