Our impressions from the DSAG HR Days event 2022
The DSAG HR Days event, which took place on June 21st and 22nd in Berlin, was heavily focused on the transformations happening in the field of human resources this year. This included aspects related to the challenges of managing time, finances, and personnel. Additionally, HR-IT topics like the future architectures within the SAP context were also discussed.
For us, it was a delightful experience to reconnect with people in person after the COVID-19 pandemic and engage in conversations about HR processes. The casual interactions with potential clients, existing customers, and partners at our booth, as well as the subsequent conference party, brought us great joy. The overall atmosphere at the DSAG HR Days event was lively and highly informative.
In particular, the inspiring keynote by Prof. Dr. Jutta Rump at the beginning of the DSAG HR Days event, discussing the new reality in the world of work and the resulting topics such as securing skilled workforce, organizational changes, leadership, and time management, served as an excellent introduction to the two-day conference.
Furthermore, we were very pleased to have the opportunity to present scdsoft AG and one of our many SAP HCM add-on solutions, the “scdsoft Process Engine,” as part of a presentation. In alignment with the overall context, we focused on the key themes of the DSAG HR Days event, which revolved around time savings through digitized and process-oriented HR processes.
The scdsoft Process Engine simplifies various HR processes, such as new employee onboarding, bonus payouts, or requests for changes in working hours (you can find the videos here). We were particularly delighted to see nearly 150 attendees at our presentation. This further confirmed our choice of topics, indicating a significant interest and thirst for knowledge in this area that we were able to address and satisfy.
Our expectations for the first-ever DSAG HR Days event were not only met but possibly exceeded. This was also due to the excellent hotel location in the heart of Berlin, the quality catering, and the great atmosphere. It was truly worthwhile to be a part of the 515 conference attendees and one of the 23 exhibitors.
