SAP Fiori interfaces are now available
SAP HCM add-on solution for simplified ESS requests for overtime and approval of applications
The scdsoft Overtime Request supports the entire application and approval process and is available for employees, managers, business partners, and works councils. Our add-on solution enables quick and easy requests for employees or their supervisors. The subsequent approval can be multi-stage.
The scdsoft Overtime Request takes into account various compensation options such as compensation, basic pay in exchange for time off, and “pay type decides.”
Overtime request integrated into SAP HCM
The Overtime Request service aims to simplify the application and approval of overtime. The service utilizes real data from SAP HCM Time Management and verifies it when requesting overtime. After successful approval, an attendance quota is booked in IT 2007. Processing proceeds as usual with SAP HCM Time Evaluation.
Application for collective and individual requests
Our solution allows employees to request overtime in the Employee Self-Service (ESS). Supervisors can request overtime for employees as either individual requests or as a collective entry if more than one employee is affected. In addition to basic information such as date and hours, comments and files (as justification) can be added to the request.
Flexible process workflow definition
The scdsoft Overtime Request service enables multi-stage approval processes. For instance, approval of the request can be done by line managers, business partners, and works councils – process variants can be described flexibly. Those involved are notified via email about incoming requests as well as approved or rejected requests.
