SAP HCM Add-On for requesting, approving, and managing overtime requests and on-call duties.

The scdsoft Overtime Request supports the entire process of requesting and approving overtime and on-call duty, and it is provided as a self-service for employees, managers, business partners, and works councils.
The service utilizes real-time data from SAP HCM Time Management for collision checking during overtime request submissions. After successful approval, an attendance quota is recorded in Infotype 2007. In the case of on-call duties, Infotype 2004 is recorded.

Everything collected in a centralized self-service application

Our solution allows employees to submit overtime/on-call duty requests through the Employee Self-Service (ESS). Managers can submit individual requests or bulk requests via the Manager Self-Service (MSS) for their subordinates (in cases where multiple employees are involved). Works councils and other approval levels such as line managers or HR business partners are also included in the process through self-service capabilities.

Flexible approval processes

The scdsoft Overtime Request solution supports multi-level approval processes. The approval of the request can be done by line managers, business partners, and works councils, for example. The process variants can be described flexibly. The involved individuals are notified via email about received, approved, or rejected requests.
